The ROAMmerchant web portal is a back end management tool that allows you to:
- Export and access your customer contacts
- Monitor recent transactions
- Manage your account
- Create addition log ins called sub merchants
- Access a virtual payment terminal
- Order accessories
You are not required to access the web portal to run your business, and most of the functions are replicated directly in the Ring Up App.
Logging into the Web Portal
To Log in, visit http://merchantuat.roamdata.com/ and log in using your Ring Up log in credentials.
